Baldwin-Rand
Rand A. Baldwin, CAE, President of TSO, is a 22-year veteran of association management, and is a Certified Association Executive (CAE). Rand has expanded operations at 15 different trade organizations and professional societies over the course of his career. He has also managed hundreds of educational conferences ranging in size from 50 to 5,000 attendees. Rand has served on two dozen Boards of Directors throughout his career. He currently serves as President of the Aluminum Extruders Council, a $1.3 million-per-year trade organization formed to promote the use of aluminum extrusion in various industries.

Schascheck-Dick
Richard H. Schascheck, CPA, Vice President of TSO, is a 27-year veteran of association management, primarily with professional societies. His specialties are finance, strategic planning and operations. Dick has most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, and as an Account Executive for Smith, Bucklin and Associates, the nation’s largest association management company. Dick has served numerous Boards of Directors throughout his distinguished association management career. Among his current assignments, Dick is the Chief Financial Officer for the Commercial Law League of America.

Rajsky-Greg
Gregory T. Rajsky, CAE, has been with TSO since 1995, and has served as Vice President of Communications since 2002. An Account Executive since 1999, Greg’s client responsibilities include serving as President (chief staff executive) of the Aluminum Anodizers Council, an international trade organization in the manufacturing sector. After successfully leading TSO through the process of accreditation in 2005, he earned his CAE credential in 2006. Prior to joining TSO, he was a technical writer for the Facilities Department of a large federal agency and technical editor for an international transportation engineering firm.

Suzanne Spohr joined TSO in 1982 as Staff Specialist with the Mid-Am Trade Show, and has since risen to her current position as TSO’s Director of Meetings and Trade Shows. In her more than 25 years with TSO, Suzanne has transformed Mid-Am into one of the largest and most successful events in the trade show industry. Suzanne has significant and loyal contacts throughout the hospitality industry, both hotels and convention centers. Among her current assignments, Suzanne serves as Exhibit Manager for Mid-Am and ET ’08, as well as Director of Meetings for the Commercial Law League of America.
